Privacy Policy
Any information provided to eBrightAcademy is only used by our Academy to respond to your requests, inquiries regarding our academy program and classes. e-BrightAcademy will not sell or distribute any information provided to our website to any third party.
Makeup policy
Please note that we require a two-day email notice for makeup classes if your child has missed any classes. To schedule makeup classes, you or your child has to visit the e-Bright Academy's student portal and request a makeup class for your child. Makeup classes are only allowed based on the availability of our teachers. We allow a maximum of two makeup classes per month. If you schedule a makeup class and cannot attend it, you will not be able to make up that class. If your child is sick and cannot participate in the class or a makeup class, you can inform us, and we will reschedule his/her class for another day.
Cancellation policy
If you want to cancel your child's class, we need to know by email the 15th of the prior month. If your child's enrollment is going to be pausing for any reason, parents should email us at least a week before the child's confirmed class date.
Progress Reports
All of the student's progress will be sent to you via email. Plus, parents will have a parent-teacher conference at the end of every month about the student's progress and any questions that parents may have.
Communication
Any information that we will need to tell you will always be sent via email and SMS. Please share your valid email address and your mobile number in your child's enrollment form.
Homework policy
After every class with the student, we will email worksheets to you, so your child practices what he/she learned. Parents are responsible for making sure the child is completing his homework.
Upcoming Tests
At the end of a topic/unit, we will conduct a unit test for your child. We will inform you about the unit test one week before it takes place via email/SMS.
Payment Policy
At the end of each month, we will send you an invoice for your payment. Monthly charges can be paid online through ACH/credit card within five days. If the fee is paid late, it will result in another $10 being added to the total payment.
